The following represent a cross sample of the projects on which we have worked:


My Leadership Legacy – In Partnership with Morel Martin & Associates

A 10-day leadership program designed to elevate seasoned executives as well as high-potential managers and employees beyond their current level of leadership effectiveness in order to produce breakthrough results. The program is designed and led to honour and respect the highest standards of human values. It provides participants with the tools to become effective, powerful and self-generative leaders, and to bring a collaborative and coaching-based leadership culture into their organization.


Caribbean Leadership Project – Leadership Development Programme

As part of a diverse team of Canadian and Caribbean professionals, co-facilitated and contributed to the design of a leadership development programme for permanent secretaries of the 12 Caribbean Community and Common Market (CARICOM) countries and key regional organisations.


Liberator Training – SageTea Inc.

Designed, piloted and delivered modules for sales representatives, business analysts and software developers on the SageTea Liberator tool. SageTea Liberator uses Text to Software™ to generate working applications directly from a client’s business requirements.


Partner and Industry Engagement – Data Centre Consolidation Program, Shared Services Canada

Designed and facilitated three sessions to engage partners and industry in providing input into the planning phase of the migration and transformation activities related to the consolidation of Government of Canada data centres.


Programme for Organisational Alignment – Public Sector Modernisation Division, Cabinet Office, Jamaica

Facilitated a process to assist the Division in establishing itself as an aligned, productive, harmonious and effective organisation, with the appropriate work culture and environment that will promote job satisfaction, employee morale that can deliver effectively on the next phase of the public sector modernisation programme.


Conference Design and Secretariat Support – Assistant Deputy Minister Learning Advisory Committee

Lead planning and design of the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) Forum and provide secretariat support and strategic advice to the ADM Learning Advisory Committee. Intended to be the première annual event for the Federal ADM community, the Forum is provides an opportunity for community building and collective learning.


Online Learning Module Development – Office of Small and Medium Enterprises, Public Works and Government Services Canada

Created an online version of existing classroom modules of the “Doing Business with the Government of Canada” seminars and a module on Defence and Security Procurement intended to support small and medium enterprises as they prepare to do business with the Government of Canada.


Leadership Development Courses – Commonwealth Association of Public Administration and Management

Designed and delivered two leadership courses for senior government officials. The courses were, delivered in partnership with the India Institute of Public Administration in New Delhi, India and the Centre of Specialisation in Public Administration and Management (CESPAM) of the University of Botswana.


Program Evaluation – 2011 CCELD Inc.

Developed participant and facilitator learning materials, facilitated briefing sessions, and developed and implemented a program evaluation framework to support the 2011 Caribbean-Canada Emerging Leaders’ Dialogue (CCELD) – a series of Caribbean and Canadian conferences and study tours for 120 Caribbean and Canadian participants from the public, private, NGO and labour sectors.


Advanced Leadership Program – Canada School of Public Service

Designed and managed all aspects of the Public Service of Canada’s flagship leadership development program for Assistant Deputy Ministers. In addition to classroom sessions, the program included: learner assessments (360-degree leadership assessment, learning styles, organizational climate survey, emotional intelligence), full-cohort classroom sessions, readings, deputy minister shadowing, and domestic and international study tours. The Prime Minister’s Advisory Committee on the Public Service praised the program.


Senior Leaders’ Diagnostique – Canada School of Public Service

The Senior Leaders’ Diagnostique was undertaken to ensure a sound approach to the determination of the future state of leadership in the Public Service of Canada at the most senior levels, and to broadly assess against that future state so as to influence the adjustment of existing programs and the creation of new ones at the Canada School of Public Service. Along with the evolving articulation of a Public Service Leadership Framework, the Diagnostique contributed to an emerging vision for effective federal public service leadership in Canada, as well as the development of a number of innovative domestic and international leadership programs for executives.


Living Leadership: The Executive Excellence Program – Canada School of Public Service

Designed and managed all aspects of an 18-month leadership development program for directors and directors general in the Public Service of Canada, including its re-design in 2004-05. The program blended a variety of approaches including intensive study of a live case and action learning projects. The program’s review and needs assessment resulted in a holistic and strategic leadership program that integrated innovative methodologies, best practices in assessment and classroom experiences, applied study tours, and coaching. The program’s innovative approach was documented in an article in the Canadian Government Executive Magazine.
